National Public Security Network Literature Society founded in Wuxi
The Founding Meeting of the National Public Security Network Literature Society was held in Wuxi on April 9, and Xie Xiaojun, Deputy Mayor of Wuxi and Director of the Wuxi Municipal Bureau of Public Security, attended the meeting. The meeting pointed out that organizing meeting in Wuxi and founding base by the Public Literature and Arts Association of China are powerful measures for propelling public security network literature development, and hoped Wuxi Public Security can give play to its own advantages, construct the base as brand, and make it become significant field of public security network literary creation, thus driving the whole province and radiating to the whole country.
The Seminar of Novel Police Officer Wang Kuaile, sponsored by the Creation Research Department under the China Writers Association and the Public Literature and Arts Association of China, undertaken by the Wuxi Municipal Bureau of Public Security and supported by Jiangsu Phoenix Literature and Art Publishing Ltd., was convened in Wuxi on April 10. It was learnt that Li Di, writer of the novel, had gone deep into police camp of Wuxi for 6 times in recent years, excavated materials in the primary scene, and created the novel with Wuxi's police officers as prototype.
