Wuxi MIXC is a high-end urban complex invested by CR Sun Hung Kai Property (Wuxi). It is located at the east bank of Lihu Lake, Binhu district, Wuxi. It sits at the intersection of the downtown area, Lihu new city and Taihu new city.
With an area of more than 240,000 square meters, the four-story building covers many world famous brands, including specialty restaurants, high-end supermarkets, a large-scale ice-skating rink, karaoke and first-class movie theaters.
The project is near Lihu Lake. The western part features a comprehensive commercial street, attracting a large number of visitors. The northeastern part of the project has a five-star hotel next to Lihu Lake. The southeastern part is a residential area near a wetland park.
The project is expected to be a modern "shopping park" covering shopping, catering, entertainment, travel and culture.
