Notes:

1. The test taker must be in his or her test room 30 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time.

2. On the test date, the test taker must carry his/her test admission ticket together with his/her ID when he/she sits in the test. The information in the test admission ticket and that in his/her ID must be exactly matched. A photocopy of his/her ID shall be deemed invalid.

3. The test taker is not allowed to take the test if he/she fails to provide his/her test admission ticket and the stipulated certificates upon entering his/her test room, and the test fee will not be refunded.

4. The test taker will not be allowed to take the test if the information on his/her certificate is not consistent with that on his/her test admission ticket or the photo of the test taker is not recognizably the test candidate himself/herself.

It is possible that you will be refused to go into the exam room if you are using a screenshot of your passport or if your photo is much too outdated and bears a big difference as compared to your current appearance. Please make sure to change your submitted photo if you happen to have this situation .

5. Except for the stipulated certificates, the test taker’s personal belongings must be put at a place designated by the examiner. Don’t take valuable items to the test room, and in case of any missing items, nobody but the test taker will be held responsible.

6. After entering the test room, the test taker must not leave it until the end of the listening section.

7. The test taker shall follow the examiner’s instructions and obey the test regulations. If being found to engage in such practices as hiring a proxy to take the test, cheating, or failing to obey the examiner’s instructions, the test taker will have his/her results canceled.

8. The score will be released one month after the test. The test taker may contact the test center 45 days after the test, for the method and time to get his/her score report.

9. If you need the Invoice, please tell our teachers after your test directly, we need you fillin the Invoice applying form .

Notes for Internet-based Test

1. The timing of the test is controlled by the Internet-based test system, and the remaining time is displayed on the computer screen.

2. The volume of the headset can be adjusted by the test taker via the computer mouse.

3. During the test, except for the use of the keyboard, mouse and headset, the test taker shall not be allowed, without permission, to touch, plug in or pull out other computer devices. The test taker shall be responsible for the compensation of a computer or headset in case of any damage because of his/her improper use (for example, the headset cable is pulled apart).

4. In case of a computer system failure or crash, don’t panic; immediately raise your hand to attract attention. The test invigilator will help you reboot the testing system. The timing of the test stops during the malfunctioning of the computer, and will continue after the system is rebooted.
