      田忌赛马

      田忌赛马

      孙膑是战国时期的军事家，他与齐国的将军田忌关系很要好。田忌经常与齐威王进行赛马，马分三等，比赛时，以上等马对上等马，中等马对中等马，下等马对下等马。因为齐威王每一个等级的马都要比田忌的厉害一些，所以田忌屡战屡败。

      孙膑知道了，看到齐威王的马并没有比田忌的马跑得快很多，于是对田忌说：“你再和他比一次吧，我有办法使你获得胜利。”

      等到了赛马那天，双方都下了千金赌注。一声锣鼓，比赛开始了。孙膑让田忌先用下等马对齐威王的上等马，第一场田忌输了。

      接着进行第二场比赛。孙膑让田忌拿上等马对齐威王的中等马，田忌胜了第二场。齐威王有点儿心慌了。

      第三场，田忌拿中等马对齐威王的下等马，又胜了一场。这下，齐威王目瞪口呆了。比赛结果，田忌胜两场输一场，赢了齐威王。

      哲理启示：

      事物的质变，不但可以通过量的增减而引起，而且可以在量不变的情况下，通过调整内部的排列组合而引起。


      Scripts and Scribes
      Sun Bin was a military strategist during the Warring States Period. He had a good relationship with General Tianji of Qi State. Tianji often races with King Qiwei in three grades. In the race, the superior horse compete with the superior horse, the medium horse compete with the middle horse, and the inferior horse compete with the inferior horse. Because the horses of each rank of King Qiwei were stronger than Tianji's, Tianji was defeated repeatedly.
      Sun Bin knew that when he saw King Qiwei's horse did not run very fast than tianji's horse. he said to Tianji, "You can compete with him again. I have a way to make you win."
      On the day of the horse race, both sides made thousands of bets. With a gong and drum, the game began. Sun Bin let Tianji use the inferior horse to align the superior horse of King qiwei first, and Tianji lost the first game.
      Then there's the second game. Sun Bin let Tian Ji take the top horse to the middle horse of King Qiwei, and Tian Ji won the second game. King Qiwei was a little worried.
      In the third game, TiJi's middle horse won the second one against King Qiwei's inferior horse. Now King Qiwei was startled. As a result, TianJi lost two games and won Qiwei Wang.
      Philosophical inspiration:
      The qualitative change of things can be caused not only by the increase or decrease of quantity, but also by the adjustment of internal arrangement and combination under the condition of constant quantity.




      전기경마

      손빈은 전국시기의 군사가로서 제나라의 장군 전기와의 관계가 아주 좋았다.전기는 자주 제위왕과 경마를 했다.말은 3개의 등급으로 나누었는데 경기를 할 때 상등말과 상등말, 중등말과 중등말, 하등말과 하등말 사이에 둔다.제위왕의 각 등급의 말은 모두 전기의 말보다 더 강하였기때문에 전기는 여러번 싸웠으나 번패하였다.

      손빈은 이 일을 알고 그는 제위왕의 말이 전기의 말보다 훨씬 빨리 달리지 않음을 보았다.그래서 손빈은 전기를 이렇게 말했다“너는 다시 제위왕와 한번 경마를 해 보아라.나는 네가 승리하도록 할 방법이 있다”.

      경마 날이 되자, 양측이 모두 큰돈을 걸었다.징과 북 소리가 나면서 경기를 시작되었다.손빈은 전기를 먼저 하등말로 제위왕의 상등말을 대하게 했는데 첫번째 경기에서 전기는 졌다.

      이어 두 번째 경기를 진행하다.손빈은 전기를 상등말로 제위왕의 중등말을 대하게 했는데 두번째 경기에서 전기는 이겼다.제위왕은 조금 당황하였다.

      세번째 경기에서 전기는 중등말로 제위왕의 하등말을 대전하여 또 한치례 경기를 이겼다.

      철리계시:사물의 질적변화는 량적증감에 의하여 일어날수 있을뿐만아니라 량이 변하지 않는 조건하에서 내부의 배열 조합을 조절로 의하여 일어날수 있다.
