狮子与荆棘

一只狮子清晨起来，外出寻觅食物，不慎被一丛荆棘刺伤了脸。狮子勃然大怒，立即用四肢去踩踏那些荆棘，谁知一根长长的荆棘刺进狮子的爪子中，狮子痛得哇哇大叫。狮子费了很大神，才将荆棘拔出来。

  到了中午，太阳照在头顶上，狮子累得筋疲力尽，感觉自己的肚子饥饿极了，倒在地上喘息不已。

  不久，一个猎人发现了狮子，很快就捕杀了狮子。狮子临死时望着荆棘悲愤道：“我与你这个可恶的东西较劲，害得我丧失了宝贵的生命。”

  与生活中的障碍物较劲，往往会有百害而无一利

Lions and Thorns

A lion got up early in the morning and went out to look for food. He was accidentally stabbed in the face by a bush of thorns. The lion was so angry that he immediately trampled on the thorns with all his limbs. Who knows that a long thorn stuck into the lion's paw, and the lion cried out in pain. It took the lion a great deal of effort to pull out the thorns.

At noon, the sun was shining overhead, and the lion was exhausted. He felt his stomach hungry and fell to the ground gasping for breath.

Shortly afterwards, a hunter found the lion and soon killed it. When the lion was dying, he looked at the thorns and said sadly, "I competed with you, this abominable thing, and I lost my precious life."

Struggling with obstacles in life is often harmful and not beneficial.

사자와 가시나무

아침에 사자  한 마리가 일어나 밖에 나가 음식을 찾다가 실수로 가시덤불에 얼굴을 찔려 다쳤다.사자는 매우 화가 나서 즉시 사지로 그 가시나무를 밟았다.그러나 길다란 가시덤불 하나가 사자의 발에 찔려 사자는 아파서 울부짖었다.사자는 많은 힘을 들여서야 비로소 가시덤불을 뽑았다.

점심때가 되면 머리에 해빛이 내리쬐는 사자는 지칠때로 지쳐서 배가 너무 고파서 땅에 쓰러져 헐떡거리였다.

얼마 지나지 않아, 한 사냥꾼이 사자를 발견하였고 곧 사자를 포살하였다.사자는 죽음이 가까울 때 가시덤불을 바라보며”나는 이 괘씸한 놈과 힘겨워하고,해를 끼친 나는 귀중한 생명을 잃었다”고 비분강개했다.

철리:생활 속의 장애물과 힘겨루기는 항상 백해무익하다.
