用人之道

去过庙的人都知道，一进庙门，首先是弥勒佛，笑脸迎客，而在他的北面，则是黑口黑脸的韦陀。但相传在很久以前，他们并不在同一个庙里，而是分别掌管不同的庙。

  弥勒佛热情快乐，所以来的人非常多，但他什么都不在乎，丢三拉四，没有好好的管理账务，所以依然入不敷出。而韦陀虽然管账是一把好手，但成天阴着个脸，太过严肃，搞得人越来越少，最后香火断绝。

  佛祖在查香火的时候发现了这个问题，就将他们俩放在同一个庙里，由弥勒佛负责公关，笑迎八方客，于是香火大旺。而韦陀铁面无私，锱珠必较，则让他负责财务，严格把关。在两人的分工合作中，庙里一派欣欣向荣景象。

【心得】：其实在用人大师的眼里，没有废人，正如武功高手，不需名贵宝剑，摘花飞叶即可伤人，关键看如何运用。

사람을 쓰는 방법

절에 가 본 사람은 다 알아요.절문에 들어서자 미락불이 먼저 손님을 맞았고 북쪽에는 검은 얼굴의 위타가 나타났다.그러나 전하는데 의하면 그들은 오래전부터 한 절간이 아니라 각기 다른 절들을 관리하였다고 한다.

미락불은 열정이 넘치니, 찾아오는 사람이 많다.그러나 그는 아무렇지도 않게 여기저기를 놓치고, 회계를 제대로 관리하지 못했기 때문에 사찰에 돈이 많이 들어갔다.위타는 비록 훌륭한 관리자였지만 하루종일 얼굴을 흐리고 너무 엄숙했으며 사람들이 점점 적어졌다. 나중에는 향화가 끊어졌다.

부처는 향불을 사찰할 때 이 문제를 발견하고 두 사람을 한 절에 모셔 놓고 미락불이 공관을 맡고 팔방의 손님을 웃으며 맞으면서 향불을 크게 피웠다.그러나 위타는 사심이 없어 그에게 재무를 책임지고 엄격히 관리하게 했다.두 사람의 분공과 협력 속에서 절안은 활기찬 모습을 보였다.

도리：사실 용인 대사의 눈에는 폐인이 없다. 무술고수와 같이 진귀한 보검은 필요하지 않고 꽃잎 한 잎 따도 다른 사람 다치게 할 수 있다.어떻게 활용하느냐가 관건이다.

And wei tuo impartial,fight over the smallest trifles，let him be responsible for the financial, strict control. In the division of labor and cooperation between the two, the temple a thriving scene.

Reflections:In fact, in the eyes of the master servant, there is no waste, just like the master of martial arts, do not need precious sword, pick flowers flying leaves can hurt people, the key to see how to use.
