对外汉语之“方向”教学
今天的教学内容是方向,包括东、南、西、北、左、右、上、下、前、后。因为教学的内容比较抽象,而且中文的概念不容易理解,所以我设计了一些学生互动在教学过程中。
首先,我先把这些词语的中文和英文对照地写在了黑板上,让学生们反复朗读和比较,这一过程中,学生还是可以很好的理解和掌握的。比如我说出英文,学生可以说出相应的汉语,并且保证发音准确。然后,我让学生们进行造句练习,分别用这些方向性的词语造句,这是一个综合应用的过程,因为会使用到以前的中文知识。这一过程中,我发现学生对于以前学习的知识有遗忘的现象,于是我在他们造完句子后进行知识的反刍和纠正,这是对外汉语教学中比较重要的一个环节。
不过,学生对于汉语书面知识理解虽然到位,但是到实际应用过程中难免错误百出。我让学生们两两组队,一个人蒙上眼睛,然后另一个人当口令员,根据我在黑板上画出的路线图,将方向告知给蒙眼睛的同学,队伍之间进行比赛,哪一队用时最少就是赢家。学生们在教室里玩的不亦乐乎,繁多的方向名字把学生们都搞晕了,几个队的队员甚至都撞在了一起,闹出了不少笑话。
几个小时很快过去了,学生们在游戏的过程中更加直观地感受到了中文里“方向”的概念,比赛竞争的机制也让他们很快地掌握了这些复杂抽象的名词。
总结一下这次对外汉语教学经验,第一堂课是纯理论,一开始会比较枯燥,学生的积极性不高,教师可以适当转换一下角色——让学生来讲,让他们自主造句、说段落,形成一个课堂互动,一方面提高了学生的积极性,一方面也让他们在多次重复的过程中掌握学习内容;第二堂课我设计了一个小游戏,这个环节是外国学生比较喜欢的中文课堂教学,可以在玩的过程中巩固知识,使课堂更生动,加深印象。课堂气氛对于对外汉语老师来说是非常重要的,轻松愉快的环境更能拉近师生距离,有助于更好的沟通和对外汉语学习。
