对外汉语教师在澳大利亚的汉语教学实习心得
今天是我在澳大利亚安格林肯私立学校教授中文课的第一天。第一堂课上，我给学生们做了一个问卷调查，问卷内容大约包括以下几点：学习中文的目的，对中国和中文的了解，倾向于什么样的上课模式，对中文老师的要求和看法。之后我会根据问卷调查结果对我的汉语教学进行适当调整。
接下来的时间，我给每一个孩子发了一张白纸，让他们画下或者写下对中国的印象，可以是他们在书上看到或日常生活中听到的一些传说，通过电视报纸了解到的中国，或者有些以前去过中国，给他们最直观的印象等等。在学生进行创作的过程中，我看到有的学生画了长城，有的画了大熊猫，有的在纸上写下了“Better City, Better Life”, 这应该是受上海世博会的影响。从他们的画作中，我还发现外国孩子比中国孩子的想象力更丰富一些，他们更敢想敢写敢说，也许和他们从小接受的教育有关。最后，我们进行了一个全班的讨论，每一个学生带着自己的作品到讲台上进行展示，我会对他们所画所写的内容进行解释和讲解，大家也可以相互交流，提出更多的问题或看法。
第一节课很快就结束了，通过这节课我了解到了很多东西。首先，大多数孩子选择学习中文的目的是为了和中国人交流，了解神秘的东方文化，一些孩子甚至坦言学习中文后可以向其他孩子炫耀，呵呵，果然是小孩心性呢！其次，学生喜欢在轻松、互动的课堂里学习，他们并不喜欢老师站在讲台上挥汗如雨地讲课，学生坐在下面听课。他们希望老师在课堂上可以设置一些小游戏、小比赛来帮助他们学习，这些都为我以后的汉语教学设计指明了方向。
另外，孩子们在课上的创作也让我知道，很多人并没有去过中国，对中国的了解仅仅来自于书本，他们觉得中国是一个神奇的国度，有龙（龙在国外被视为邪恶的象征）、功夫、熊猫、多种多样的节日和习俗，这些都是对中国非常正面积极的因素，在以后的教学中我也可以加以利用，将中国更多更美好的文化传播出去，这是我作为一名对外汉语教师应尽的义务。
最后，在海外的对外汉语教师一定要因地制宜，每一个地方的孩子的文化背景、教育环境以及性格都是有很大区别的，每个老师应该针对具体的情况灵活变通教学设计的方法，这样才能更好地接近学生，和学生融洽相处，把要传播的知识和文化很好地传递出去。
