1.「报告.连络.相谈」和「根回」
曰企非常注重内部事先协调沟通。上下沟通叫“报连相"，即「报告.连络.相谈」(日语发音「根回/ほうれんそう/菠菜），是上下级和平级之间有用的三件法宝。
左右沟通被称为「根回/ねまわし」,意思是“为了移植，将树木根部四周的泥土刨开,剪掉主根保留须根”，引申为"事先协调沟通"。某一部门在一项计划正式决定之前，通常要先和相关部门人员进行沟通，取得非正式的同意，即「根回」。（无锡日语培训中心--想快速提升日语就来芥川新日语）
2.会议
(1)有不确定问题就召集有关人员开个小型会议。
(2)朝会或班后会。
上班前就昨天的工作情况和今天的工作内容做个说明,或下班前总结一下白天工作中出现的问题并提醒明天的工作重点。

3.开会时常用工具
(1)白板讲解。
开会时常用白板，可以随时提出新方案随时记录，图解文字都有,清晰易懂。
