          纳豆、大酱和酱油等发酵食品都是日本食品的代表。其中纳豆以其丰富的营养价值,更是成了日本人一日三餐不可缺少的食品。纳豆源自中国,传入日本之后又形成了自己的特色。如日不用豆鼓而用大酱,或用酱油不用豉汁。

          纳豆是日本饮食文化中不可或缺的一道风景日本人喜欢吃的纳豆主要有两种:咸纳豆与拉丝纳豆。关西人喜欢前者,关东人则对后者情有独钟。拉丝纳豆由于发酵方法不同而出现一种黏丝是不放盐的
