        在日本正月不可缺的传统食物--杂煮

        正月に食べる、餅を主とした汁料理である。

        杂煮是正月不可缺的传统食物。料理方法和口味各有地域特色,材料也根绝地域不同有所变化。最有代表性的材料是年糕、切块的鱼肉、鸡肉或者肉丸子、菠菜等绿叶菜,另外为了增加色彩漂亮会放红白两色的鱼卷,还会放切成细丝的柚子皮,取其清新的香味,其外往往还会放入当地的特产食品。放入杂煮的年糕的大小和形状也有地域差异。东部主要使用切成四方形的年糕,西部则用圆形的,也有很有特色的,比如香川县会使用夹有红豆馅的年糕。另外,关东地区习惯于把年糕先烤一烤再放入杂煮内,而关西地区则通常是把生年糕直接放进去煮。(无锡日语学习分享
