在日本,怎么正确地称呼对方是一件比较费神思的事,在中国的日企里工作同样会成为一个不大不小的问题。
在一般教科书上,日语的常见的第二人称有以下几种:

(1)あなた(貴方)—似乎很常用,但男女互称则带亲密感。在实际生活中,最好尽量避免用这个[貴方],特别对方是女性,称其[貴方],有可能招致误解或不愉快。
(2)きみ(君)—上对下或长对幼,常用;
(3)おまえ(お前)—上对下或长对幼,较粗俗;
(4)てめえ(手前)—骂人用;
(5)きさま(貴様)—很不客气,相当“你这混账”,“你这个东西”。

不过实际上,以上称呼在公司里都较少用。
记住,在公司最好还是用某(姓)+さん,某(姓)+くん ,或某(姓)+职务来代替”您”或“你”,基本不会错:如[田中さん] [鈴木君][山田課長]等。
~さん
接在人名,人称代词后。表示敬称,客气。相当于汉语的~先生、~小姐,~同学等意义。男女都可用,出现频率高。
~くん(君)
主要接在男性的姓名下面。一般称男性,用于上称下,晚辈。相当于汉语的~君,小~。

~せんせい(先生)
在日本称呼长者,或教师、学者、医生、艺术家、律师等不便称呼职务、但有某种专长的人,或具有议员身份的人时多称[先生]。习惯同中文,常接在姓氏、姓名、职务名称后表示敬意。相当于汉语的~先生、~老师。不过要记住:[先生]后面绝对不能再加[さん]。
[社長][専務][課長][局長]等带[長]的头衔,既是职务名称,同时也是敬称,这一点同中国的习惯类似。在其后面不需要加上个[さん]就可以表敬。例如称田中课长或课长就可以了。不过也有[社長さん][局長さん]等叫法。
