Wuxi to organize triathlon for the first time

As an important activity of the Wuxi Landscape Culture Tourism Festival in 2016, the 1st Wuxi Taihu International Tent Tourism Festival will open on the Dragon Boat Festival. It was learnt from the press conference on May 11 that the 3-day tent festival will be organized in Nianhuawan of Lingshan Small Town and set theme of pleasing sports, happy nature. On the occasion, there will be tent camping, music party and other leisure experience projects, and triathlon will also be organized for citizens andtourists to watch. It was learnt that it is the first time for Wuxi to organize sports event triathlon. 
 
According to introduction of the sponsor, the triathlon will be divided into whole and half courses, of which the swimming contest will be held in the Tai Lake on June 10. Since application of the triathlon which integrates water loving + bicycle + running together, nearly 1,000 domestic and foreign players have been attracted to sign up. 
 
Reportedly, the 1st Wuxi Taihu International Tent Tourism Festival gathers popular tent camping, music party, outdoorexpansion and other interactive links at present, and the camping place is the Nongchan Square in Ninahuawan Small Town. Surrounded by green hills and clear water, tourists will feel the most elegant scenery of Wuxi with the most comfortable and the most natural gestures. Tourists buying ticket can enter Nianhuawan for camping after 17:00 on June 9, and watch triathlon on the second day.
