我的教学风格 My teaching style나의 중국어 스타일
为了给学生提供主动发展的空间,在继承传统汉语（英语）教学优点的基础上,我提炼出“简简单单学习、实实在在悟道、扎扎实实积累”的教学模式,逐渐形成了“以语言训练为主线,扎扎实实培养学生汉语（英语）能力”的教学特色。从而让汉语（英语）教学返璞归真,真正担负起“人文性与工具性的统一”的使命。
In order to provide students with space for active development, on the basis of inheriting the advantages of traditional Chinese (English)teaching, I refined the teaching mode of " Learning simply, Really understanding and Accumulation solidly ", and gradually formed the teaching characteristics of "taking language training as the main line, solid training of students'Chinese (English) ability". So that the Chinese (English) teaching can return to the original, and really shoulder the mission of "the unity of humanism and instrumentality".
학생들에게 능동적인 발전 공간을 제공하기 위해, 전통한어수업의 장점을 계승한 기초에서 나는 "단순하게 배우고 실제적으로 터득하며 착실하게 축적"하는 교수모식을 추출해냈다. "언어훈련을 주선으로 하여 학생들의 한어(영어)능력을 착실하게 양성"하는 교수특색을 점차 형성하였다. 그리하여 한어(영어)교수들이 순박하게 돌아와 진정으로 "인문성과 도구성의 통일"의 사명을 짊어지게 되였다.
传统的汉语（英语）教学大都是线形的,缺少趣味、缺少让孩学生主动发展的空间。几年来,我在教学实践中不断摸索和实践,逐渐形成了自己的教学风格。在继承传统汉语（英语）教学优点的基础上,提炼出“简简单单学习、实实在在悟道、扎扎实实积累”的教学模式,逐渐形成了“以语言训练为主线,扎扎实实培养学生语文能力”的教学特色。
Traditional Chinese (English) teaching is mostly linear, lacking interest and space for children and students to develop actively. Over the past few years, I have been exploring and practicing in teaching practice, and gradually formed my own teaching style. On the basis of inheriting the advantages of traditional Chinese (English) teaching, the teaching mode of " Learning simply, Really understanding and Accumulation solidly " has been refined, and the teaching characteristics of "taking language training as the main line, solid cultivation of students'language ability" have gradually been formed.
전통적인 한어(영어)수업은 대부분 선형이고 취미가 결핍하여 아이로 하여금 주동적으로 발전할수 있는 공간이 결핍하다. 지난 몇년간 나는 교수실천속에서 끊임없이 모색하고 실천하면서 점차 자신의 교수풍격을 형성하였다. 전통한어(영어)수업의 장점을 계승한 기초에서 "단순하게 배우고 실제적으로 도리를 알고 착실하게 축적"하는 교수모식을 추출해냈다. "언어훈련을 주선으로 하여 학생들의 어문능력을 착실하게 양성"하는 교수특색을 점차 형성하였다.

简简单单学习
有一段时间,汉语（英语）教学花样百出。要求汉语（英语）教学要生动,要精彩,内容挖掘要深奥,教学设计要多样,这使得我无所适从,不知如何下手。后来,我静下心来,结合关于继承和发展优秀的汉语（英语）教学方法的阐述,对自己的教学行为进行了反思。我发现,凡是我简简单单,不搞花架子的课堂教学,学生都学得扎实有效,而那些“热热闹闹”的汉语（英语）教学,学生们却没有什么真正的收获。经过认真反思,我发现:我教汉语（英语）,学生学汉语（英语）,其最终目的就是要学生学会灵活运用语言。
Learning SimplelyFor a long time, Chinese (English) teaching was full of tricks. Been required that Chinese (English) teaching to be vivid, exciting, content mining to be profound, teaching design diversity, which makes me at a lossand do not know how to start. Later, I calmed down, and combined with the elaboration of inheriting and developing excellent Chinese (English) teaching methods, I reflected on my teaching behavior. I found that all my simple, non-tricks classroom teaching, students have learned solidly and effectively, while those "lively" Chinese (English) teaching, students have no real gains. After careful reflection, I found that: I teach Chinese (English), students learn Chinese (English), the ultimate goal is to learn to use the language flexibly.
단순하게 학습하여야 한다
한시기동안 한어(영어)는 그 종류가 아주 많았다. 중국어(영어)교수에서 생동하고 다채로워야 하며 내용발굴이 심오하고 교수설계가 다양해야 한다고 요구하였는데 이는 나로 하여금 어찌할바를 모르게 했다. 그후 나는 마음을 가라앉히고 우수한 한어(영어)교수방법을 계승하고 발전시킬데 대한 서술과 결부하여 자신의 교수행위에 대해 반성하였다. 나는 내가 단순하고 단순하며 교실수업은 하지 않는다는것을 발견하였다. 학생들은 모두 착실하고 효과적이면서도 "흥성"한 한어(영어)를 가르쳤지만 학생들은 아무런 수확이 없었다.진지한 반성을 거쳐 나는 내가 한어(영어)를 가르치고 학생들이 한어(영어)를 배우는 최종 목적은 학생들이 언어를 령활하게 운용하도록 하려는데 있다는것을 발견하였다.
实实在在悟道
教学中,我在引导学生简简单单学习的基础上,一步步引导学生对语言进行深入的感悟,在带领学生研究如何学习的过程中,使学生的情感得到熏陶,汉语（英语）能力得到培养、思想得到启迪和升华。
Really Understanding
In teaching, on the basis of guiding students to study simply , I guide students to have a deep understanding of language step by step . In the process of leading students to study how to learn, students'emotions are edified, Chinese (English) ability is cultivated, and their thoughts are enlightened and sublimated.
확실한 오도
교수에서 나는 학생들을 이끌어 단순하게 학습하는 기초에서 한걸음한걸음 학생들이 언어에 대해 깊이 깨닫도록 인도합니다. 학생들을 인솔하여 어떻게 학습할것인가 하는 과정에서 학생들의 정감이 훈도되고 한어(영어)능력이 배양되였으며 사상이 계발되고 승화되였다.
扎扎实实积累
由于众所周知的原因,在我们的汉语（英语）教学中,有过太多的限制,归结起来,还是在“应用”上做得不够。学生在汉语（英语）学习的字、词语、句子、段落好比是建筑上的砖瓦等材料,把它们组织起来,盖成漂亮的房子——形成文字材料——是最终目的。汉语（英语）教学应指导学生正确地理解和运用中文(英文),丰富语言的积累,培养语感,发展思维,使他们具有适应实际需要的识字写字能力、阅读能力、写作能力、口语交际能力，学以致用,这是汉语（英语）教学的最终目的。扎扎实实的积累,就是要把学生在汉语（英语）课上通过学到的写作方法、形成的语感加以致用,把语言训练落到实处。
Accumulation solidlyBecause of the well-known reasons, there are too many restrictions in our Chinese (English) teaching. To sum up, we still do not do enough in "application". The characters, words, sentences and paragraphs that students learn in Chinese (English) are like bricks and tiles on buildings. The ultimate goal is to organize them and build them into beautiful houses - to form written materials. Chinese (English) teaching should guide students to understand and use Chinese(English)correctly, enriching the accumulation of language, cultivating language sense and developing thinking, so that they have the ability of literacy, writing, oral communication to meet practical needs, which is the ultimate goal of Chinese (English) teaching. Accumulation solidly means that students should apply the writing methods and language sense they have learned in Chinese (English) classes and put language training into practice.
착실한 축적
누구나 다 아는 원인으로 하여 우리 한어(영어)교수에서 너무 많은 제한이 있었지만 귀납해보면 여전히 "응용"면에서 부족한것이다. 중국어(영어)에서 공부하는 학생입니다. 어휘, 문구, 단락은 건축상의 벽돌과 같은 재료로서 그것들을 조직하여 아름다운 집으로 만들고―문자재료를 형성하는것―이것이 최종목적이다.한어(영어)교수에서는 학생들이 중국어를 정확하게 리해하고 활용하도록 지도해야 한다. 언어를 풍부하게 축적합니다. 언어감각을 키웁니다. 발달 사유, 그들로 하여금 실제수요에 적응하는 식자습자능력, 열독능력, 습작능력, 회어교제능력, 배운것을 실제에 응용하도록 하는것은 한어(영어)수업의 최종목적이다. 착실한 루적이란 바로 학생들이 한어(영어)수업시간에 배운 습작방법, 형성된 어감을 실제에 응용하여 언어훈련을 실시하는것이다.
总之,“务实求真”,是汉语（英语）教学的最终目的。教师要引领学生简简单单地学习、实实在在地悟道,扎扎实实地积累,让汉语（英语）教学返璞归真,真正担负起“人文性与工具性的统一”的使命。
In a word, "seeking truth from facts" is the ultimate goal of Chinese (English) teaching. Teachers should lead students to learn simply and truly, to accumulate solid knowledge, to return Chinese (English) teaching to its original state, and to truly shoulder the mission of "the unity of humanism and instrumentality".
총적으로 "무실력행"하는것은 한어(영어)교수의 최종목적이다. 교사는 학생들을 이끌어 단순하게 학습하도록 해야 한다. 착실하게 축적하고 중국어(영어)교육을 순박하게 함으로써 진정으로 "인문성과 도구성의 통일"의 사명을 짊어지고있다.
