The Confucius Institute of the Ukrainian State University of the Languages of Kiev was unveiled and launched on 6 September 2013.
The Confucius Institute is committed to promoting Chinese and Chinese culture, promoting friendly exchanges and cooperation between China and Uzbekistan, and setting up Chinese language study classes at different levels and organizing colorful Chinese cultural activities and cultural exchanges between China and Uzbekistan at the HSK/HSK test site designated by the Chinese National Office of the People's Republic of China. We will organize summer camps, Confucius Institute scholarships, and study abroad in China.
In 2015, Confucius Institute of Kiev National Language University was awarded the title of "Advanced Confucius Institute" by Confucius Institute Headquarters/China National Han Office.
In 2016, Zeng Ziru, a student at Confucius Institute of Kiev National Language University, won the European Championship and the Global Runner-up of the 15th "Chinese Bridge" World College Chinese Competition and won the best style award.
In 2016, Shiyajun, the Chinese dean of Confucius Institute of Kiev National Language University, was awarded the title of "Confucius Institute Advanced Individual" and "Confucius Institute Medal" by Confucius Institute Headquarters/China National Han Office.
