1.“一......就......”结构可以表示两件事情紧接着发生。两件事情的主语可以相同，也可以不相同。例如：
（1）100年前，塑料一出现就受到人们的普遍欢迎。
（2）等女儿一回来我就告诉她这个好消息。
2. “一......就......”结构还可以表示“要是......就......”的意思，“一”后面表示条件，“就”后面表示在前一个条件下产生的情况。两种成分的主语可以相同，也可以不同。例如：
（3）儿子小时候一说话就脸红。
（4）妈妈一进房间，他就把手机藏了起来。
1.The structure“一......就......”（...as soon as...）can indicate two events happening one immediately the other.The two events may or may not share the same subject.For example:
(1)100 years ago,plastic was widely welcomed as soon as it appeared.
(2)I will tell my daughter the good news as soon as she comes back.
2.“一......就......”can also mean “if...,then...”,in which“一”is followed by a situation that indicates a condition,and “就”is followed by a situation that would occur under the condition,The two situations may or may not share the same subject.For example:
(3)The son blushed when he spoke as a child.
(4)He hid the phone as soon as his mother came into the room.

(2)딸이 돌아오자마자 나는 그녀에게 이 좋은 소식을 알렸다.
2. “一......就......”구조도 “만약에...”의 이미를 표시할 수 있다.“一”뒤에는 조건을 표시하고 “就”뒤에는 첫째 조건에서 발생한 상황을 표시하다.두 가지 성분의 주어는 같을 수도 있고 다를 수도 있다.예를들면:
