“最近过得怎么样”中的“得”是结构助词，用于连词表示程度或结果的补语。

The structural auxiliaries “de”
Zuijinguodezenmeyang?(how’s it going) "De" is a structural auxiliary word used to complement the degree or result of a conjunction. The basic form is "verb / adjective + + complement."
For example:
1. how’s it going--I’m good.
2. Did he eat too much？--He eats quite much.
3. Did they eat well?--They eat not well.
4. I’m very thirsty and I want to drink water.
5. He owns much money.
