汉语中，用“一边……一边…”表示两个动作同时进行，比如“一边听音乐一边做作业”表示“听音乐”“做作业”这两个动作同时进行。“一”可以省略。例如：

(3)小丽和老同学边喝咖啡边聊天儿。
(4)我丈夫喜欢一边吃早饭一边看报纸。
The Structure“一边…一边…
In Chinese， “一边…一边……”is used to indicate two actions taking place at the same time.For example， “一边听音乐一边做作业”means the two actions“listening to music”and“doing homework”happen simultaneously.“—”can be left out.For example：
（1）mother is singing and cooking.
（2）The teacher said and laughed.
（3）xiao li chatted with her old classmate over coffee.
（4）My husband likes to read the newspaper while having breakfast.
중국어에서,”一边…一边… ”로 두 동작이 동시에 진행됨을 나타낸다.예:”음악을 들으면서 숙제를 해요”는,”음악을 듣다”와”숙제를 하다”이 두 동작을 동시에 진행한다.“一”는 생략할 수 있다.예를들면:
(1) 엄마는 노래를 부르면서 밥을 하신다.
(2) 선생님은 말하면서 웃으십시다.
