Here “le” is placed after a verb to indicate that an action or event has taken place, which is similar to the perfect tense in English. The negative for is “méi +verb”. The structure”hái méi +verb” indicates “not yet”.

“了”le여기에서“완성”를 표시하다，동작의 완성,사건의 발생 같은 것들이죠，영어의 완료 시제와 유사하다。“了”이때 동사 뒤에 붙여서，그 부정적인 현태는“没（有）méi+동사”。지금까지 없었던 것을 강조하고 싶다면,“还没hái méi +동사”사용할 수 있다.

3）蛋糕买了吗？（没买还没买）
