鹦 鹉
    一个人去买鹦鹉，看到一只鹦鹉前标：此鹦鹉会两门语言，售价二百元。另一只鹦鹉前则标道：此鹦鹉会四门语言，售价四百元。该买哪只呢？两只都毛色光鲜，非常灵活可爱。这人转啊转，拿不定主意。结果突然发现一只老掉了牙的鹦鹉，毛色暗淡散乱，标价八百元。这人赶紧将老板叫来：这只鹦鹉是不是会说八门语言？店主说：不。这人奇怪了：那为什么又老又丑，又没有能力，会值这个数呢？店主回答：因为另外两只鹦鹉叫这只鹦鹉老板。
    这故事告诉我们，真正的领导人，不一定自己能力有多强，只要懂信任，懂放权，懂珍惜，就能团结比自己更强的力量，从而提升自己的身价。相反许多能力非常强的人却因为过于完美主义，事必躬亲，什么人都不如自己，最后只能做最好的攻关人员，销售代表，成不了优秀的领导人。

The parrot

On the contrary, many people who are very capable and too perfectionist and have to do everything perfect. In the end, they can only be the best attacker and sales representative can not become excellent leaders.

앵무새

한 사람이 앵무새를 사러 가서,한 마리의 앵무새가 앞에 써있는 것을 보았습니다:이 앵무새는 두 언어를 할 줄 알고,가격은 200원입니다.다른 한 마리의 앵무새가 앞에 써있는 것을 보았습니다:이 앵무새는 4개 언어를 할 줄 알고,가격은 400원입니다.어느 앵무새를 사야 할까요?두 마리 모두털이 번드르르하고 매우 우연하며 귀엽다.이 사람은 변덕스러워서 생각을 정하지 못한다.그 결과 갑자기 이가 빠진 늙은 앵무새 한 마리가 발견했다.그 앵무새는 털빛이 어둡고 표가가 800원입니다.이 사람은 재빨리 사장을 불렀다:이 앵무새가 8개 언어를 할 줄 아는가?주인은 아니다라고 말했다.이 사람은 이상하다:그렇다면 왜 이 앵무새는 늙고 못생기고 능력도 없고 이 수만큼 가치가 있을까?주인은 대답했습니다:ㅐ냐하면 다른 두 마리의 앵무새가 이 앵무새 사장을 더하기 때문입니다.

이 이야기는 우리에게 진정한 지도자는 반드시 자신의 능력이 얼마나 강한것이 아니며 신임할줄 알고 권력을 하부이양할줄 알고 소중히 여길줄만 알면 자신보다 더 강한 력량을 단합하여 자신의 몸값을 높일수 있다는것을 알려준다.
